Brian Arthur Fenner

[b 14 Dec. 1959; d 3 Mar. 2005 at Guilderland, NY] Brian Arthur Fenner m Ruth Ann Daniels [b 3 June 1962] on 13 June 1981. Brian was an officer for Cornell's Division of Public Safety, then manager of parking services for the Department of Transportation. In 2003, Brian earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications Studies from SUNY Cortland.
