Augustus Morgan Fenner
[b 30 Apr. 1851 at Steamburg, Crawford Co., PA; d 21 Jan. 1929] Augustus m Evaline M. Cunningham [b 27 Sept. 1851 at Linesville, PA; d 12 Oct. 1936 at Linesville PA], who was the eldest child of William A. and Marietta Cunningham, and was the sister of Ella (Cunningham) Randall of Farrell, PA. Augustus was an attorney and a Supreme Court Justice in Pennsylvania. His obituary in the Linesville Herald, dated 30 Jan. 1929, says he was “...admitted to the Crawford County bar June 2nd, 1896, and to the Supreme Court of Pa., Oct. 13, 1902. ... Always interested in Linesville, he supported every worthwhile movement for the betterment of his home town and the surrounding county. Although not a church member, Mr. Fenner was a man of the highest character and practiced the Golden Rule in every day of his life.”
