Barbara Ann Fenner
[b 20 Mar. 1944 at Hoboken, NJ] Barabara had two years of college at Old Dominion University, but she became a self-employed dress designer and had her own studio. Barbara m 1st George Macaluso [b 7 Feb. 1943 at Erie, PA] on 12 Oct. 1961 in San Antonio, TX. George, the son of Patrick Macaluso and Anna Rose Mikitos, served in the US Air Force. They divorced on 27 Sept. 1972 in Erie, PA, and Barbara m 2nd Frank Donald LaFemina [b 24 Sept. 1925 at NYC; d 1 July 1998] on 6 Dec. 1972. Frank had also been in the service, but was in the Navy, and worked as a consulting engineer for Syncronamics until his retirement. Frank’s parents were James LaFemina and Agnes Nicolosi. On 1 July 1998, Frank had an allergic reaction to bee stings and died within minutes.
Children by Barbara & George:
- William Patrick [b 8 May 1962 at Salina, KS] joined the army in 1992. He was injured in US peacekeeping efforts in Somalia. He lives in Ft. Drum, NY.
- Marie Ann [b 12 Aug. 1963 at Salina, KS] m David Shingler.
