Arthur Fenner
[b 6 Jan. 1725; d 7 Feb. 1793] Arthur Fenner m Phebe Harris [b 29 May 1728; bpt 11 June 1768; d 24 Feb. 1802] daughter of Henry and Tabitha Harris, about 1745-50. Arthur was executor of his father’s will. He inherited a homestead farm in Johnston and lands in Pawtucket. Arthur and Phebe were members of the First Baptist Church in America, in Providence, Rhode Island.

Tabitha [b 1754; d 17 Mar. 1798, age 44] m Caleb Williams [b 5 June 1754; d 15 Dec. 1830], son of Jeremiah Williams, brother of Huldah. They moved to Norway, Herkimer Co., NY, had Eliza [b 1795/6; d 1 Jan. 1873], who m Col. Welcome Fenner [1797-1854].
Hannah [b ca. 1760; d after 1793] m Benjamin Bowen.
Henry [b ca.1764; d 23 Dec. 1820 in his 56th yr.] m 1st Sarah Westcott; m 2nd Amey (Smith) Earle.
Abigail [b ca. 1767; d 11 Feb. 1797 in her 30th yr.] m Capt. Richard Rhodes, son of Elizabeth Fenner and William Rhodes.
